What to Include

To help us answer quickly on the first reply, please include:

Order questions — your order number and the name the order was placed under
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items — your order number plus photographs of the item, the shipping box, the interior packaging, and the shipping label. Please report within five business days of delivery and keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed.
Custom or personalized orders — what you have in mind, quantities, and the date you need it by
Wholesale — your business name, website or social handle, and your resale certificate or tax ID
