Processing Time All items are handmade in West Hartford, Connecticut. Most standard orders ship within 3–8 business days of purchase. Custom, personalized, and larger orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time Delivery estimates begin after your order ships and are provided by the carrier — Shell Yeah by Jaks is not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Damage in Transit Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item, shipping box, label, and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
