Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at shellyeahbyjaks@gmail.com with your order number.

Natural Variation Every shell is unique in shape, size, and coloring. Slight variation from photos is expected and is not considered a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item, shipping box, label, and packaging so we can make it right.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Because items are crafted after your order is placed, custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refund Timing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale are final sale unless damaged or defective.
