Who can shop wholesale?
Our wholesale program is open to approved retailers, boutiques, gift shops, and wineries purchasing for resale. Apply through our Wholesale page to get started.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — our wholesale minimum order is $150.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by product type — see our Lead Times page for current estimates. Wine stoppers generally run 3–10 business days depending on quantity, and resin-sealed pieces run roughly 5–10 business days. A $50 rush fee is available for expedited production.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — one sample is included with every wholesale order. Samples are randomly selected from our current collection, so the specific item may vary.
What payment methods and terms do you offer?
You can choose to pay immediately, or select Net 30 or Net 60 terms. Buyers who pay immediately receive a 5% discount off their order.
Can I return or exchange wholesale items?
All wholesale sales are final. Please see our Refund and Replacement Policy for details on damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Do you offer private label or custom pieces?
Yes — reach out through our Wholesale Information page to discuss custom and private-label options. Note that custom orders generally require additional lead time beyond our standard estimates.
What's included in the wholesale catalog?
Our full wholesale catalog includes both our individual retail pieces at wholesale pricing and select bulk case packs (available only to wholesale buyers).

Once you're an approved wholesale buyer, reorders are placed through your wholesale login.
